Chibi Usa is Neo Queen Selenity's and King Endymion's daughter from the future. She can often be found with her guide, a talking cat named Diana, or her protector, the Luna Ball. She has a crush on her father Chiba Mamoru (Tuxedo Kamen) and often fights with Usagi for his affections.

Sailor Chibi Moon's attacks are similar to those of her mother, Sailor Moon.
