This is a teaser for a promotional campaign that restarts a recycling awareness program for the County of Fresno. Originally, Recycle-Ben was a cartoon character that was shaped like a recycle bin to bring awareness to what is recycling. The reimagined Recycle-Ben will take a stronger focus on what needs to be recycled and what is considered contamination in the stream.
