Princess is Registered with the AMHR. She is 35.25 inches tall. How she got so tall I'll never know. She's the tallest one in her family tree and is also the only one to be oversized.

Princess came to live with us on August 4th 2002. I bought her from Whispering Medows in Spring Hill. Which is about 2.5 hour drive from here. When I put the deposit on her all I knew about her was she was brown with a white star, possibly in foal, under ten, and she was born in California. When I went  back to get her on the 4th I learned that she was registered, only 5 years old, and kinda stubborn. We hauled her down the interstate in the back of our truck. You should have seen the looks we got. You'd think that people have never seen a horse in the back of a truck before.  I just smiled and waved. I'm use to all the attention mini's draw. People always have questions about them and I'm happy to answer them all.

Her sire, Komoko's Little Blue Boy, was a black and white pintaloosa. Her dam, Hwinum Farm's Fascination, was jet black. Princess is starting to settle in and like Romeo. Her slow/ medium trot is equal to Romeo's fast trot. I was doing good keepin up with Romeo on our jogs. I'm currently training Princess to be a good harness horse so I dont have to run anymore for exercise. Why walk when you can ride?

Mini's are hard to find in this area. I hope to be having some foals soon.. They should sell really quickly. I just wish they could have 2 a year instead of just one.
Princess and I at our first show '02
as hunter and deer.
The top picture is what Princess looked like in the winter of 03-04. She had been in a neighbor's pasture so her coat turned redish. I decided that she just had too much hair and I didn't want to shed it all out so 8 hours and 2 days later, I found a horse under all that fir. And WOW did I find a pretty one. I didnt know I had a horse that looked like that. This is the first time I've shaved Princess. People in the neighborhood would see her in the yard and get into arguments over wether it was Princess or a new horse.
