Pricing
First I will start with what these services are. If you have something, anything, wrong with your computer I will service it for a measly $25. This service is subject to change if there is parts that will need to be ordered. I will also be able to troubleshoot software issues that will cost $10/hr and a minimum payment of $5. This category covers all of the basic software issues like connecting to a software, downloaing anitvirus applications, and transfering your data to a cloud service. The harder software issues like corrupt files, viruses, and regathering lost or removed data will have extra charges but you will be informed on these prices when I diagnose the problem. The greatest thing about my Pricing is the hidden package deal that comes with my service. When I service your machine, you have a full month after pickup of device that I will service the machine for free. This means that if you bring in your computer to be repaired and the next week it has another problem, in equal value, then your service fees will be waved and I will continue to service your machine for free!
