Here is where all the building takes place... Each roommate is in charge of one shop or area.
Please build each area as realistically as possible.
If you are reading this and looking to become a roommate please check here for available positions.
Remember, the actual building will be built by me, the walls inside however depending on the building will be built by you. Please do not extend any buildings without asking me first, thank you :)
Hotel / Lookout Houses- Is being created by myself and real life girlfriend Jennybean
The Hotel will include eight hotel rooms for customization. Each roommate will get one, however you will leave these rooms unlocked so that guests can use them. Also there will be bathrooms so you will not have to waste your item limit on the bathroom items. Also a dining area so you will not have to waste your item limit on that either. All you really need to do to your own room is purchase a bed, and any other extra items you wish to customize your room with. Just remember that each roommate should finish building their own area, then after that they may help out with other areas or make their hotel room nicer.
The lookout houses will be in the lower park area, to snazz up our lot :)
The rest of the items are open for roommates, please pick one if one has not been taken yet.
Park/Decorations-
- Be creative :)
- This will liven up Skuzzie Square
- Some ideas have been to set it up for use in weddings, and when the weddings are done you can put the chairs in your inventory saving space
- Also Pictures and lights or things to raise the room to full anywhere where people are studying and working on job/research objects (basically the park person is in charge of the ROOM BAR), and after the job / research rooms, the other rooms :) ... PS you may want to talk to the person in charge of that room to see if they prefer a certain light :)
Pizza Place/Office-
- Pizza Machines on bottom floor behind counter so it's like a real pizza place
- Buffet on other side of counter to simulate eating (since we cannot really eat pizza :( ) with seating for people, around 16 seats
- The Business room will be upstairs
- The Business room will have Maze Game (Tomb Hunters), Business Units (2), Typewriters (10), Telemarketers (10)
- Necessary Job Items: Typewriters (10), Telemarketer (10), Tomb Hunters, Business Unit (2), Pizza Machine (2)
Schoolhouse / Library-
- Three rooms on bottom floor
- Chalkboards (10) at the front of the class on the first floor in large room.
- A desk and computers (6) like it is a computer science class ;)
- Lab with Concoction Stations (10) in one small room
- Art room with Gnome Makers (10) in the other room
- Library with 16 bookshelves on top floor, with a desk like a check out area, like a real library :)
- Necessary Job Items: Concoction Stations (10), Chalkboards (10), Gnome Makers (10), Computers (6), Bookshelves (16)
Gym/Pool (Part of the Hotel)-
- Pool
- Benchpresses (6)

- Necessary Job Items: Piano (1), Guitar (4), Pinata (10), Go Go Cages (4)
Theater-
- Outfits on the second floor behind upper stage.
- Balcony on second floor that can see the stage below on first floor
- Theater on bottom floor
- Necessary Job Items: Piano (1), Guitars (4) (For Theater backup music ;))
The locations of the shops are the following like if you were looking at the map so the mailbox and telephone booth were at the Bottom Center of the screen.
First row at bottom; Shop / Dance Club, Lower Park, Pizza Place
Second row in middle; School / Library, Lookout Houses, Theater
Third row at the top; Hotel w Gym and Restaurant
