| POLARIS |
| We are POLARIS. We a local band in the Durham, Raliegh, Chapel HIll area. Polaris has been playing off and on for several years. The band members all attend Jordan HIgh School. Just in case you were interested Polaris is the name of the north star and Ice, the drummer, came up with the idea about a year ago. We just released our new album and we are setting up a schedule of show dates for the year. We are also putting together a new web-site that should be up soon. So have fun looking around the site! |

| POLARIS has strong goals for the future and believes in the music. Our influences range from Steve Vai, Led Zepplin, and SRV to the newer stuff like Incubus, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and The Smashing Pumpkins. Everyone in the band is like family and we treat eachother like brothers. We practice regularly and try to have a show at least once a month if not more. Everyone look out for the new website, t-shirts, cds, shows, and even some radio play on college stations. This year should bring with it some exiting improvements, so make sure you keep up with what's going on. |
