My parents are the greatest!

How do I know that?

Well, I not the only one who thinks so. The list would be too long to mention here.

June 2001: Recently, it was proven to us once again why my parents are held in such high esteem. My cousin Glenn just recently passed away from cancer.  Glenn was my father's godchild.  He was survived by his wife Jodi and two boys, Devon and Travis.   When my parents heard about his last admission to hospital, they dropped everything and left in the evening. Including that day, they spent 3 days driving from Fredericton, New Brunswick to Sudbury, Ontario.  They arrived in time and was there to have a last visit with Glenn and help Jodi and the boys with the arrangements for the funeral.

Jodi really appreciated their support and we received a nice card of thanks from her.

One of my Dad's cousin's, Francie, wrote Mum and Dad a beautiful note to thank them for being the kind of people who step forward in times of need. She also thanked them for being such a strength to the family as a whole.
