Introduction

The Van Winkle family is at it again.  As heard in the old tale, Rip Van Winkle slept for a hundred years. Apparently the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.  This time his great-grandson, Skip, has managed to fall asleep and miss the entire Twentieth Century!  The nation is storming into the Twenty-first Century and no man is to be left behind.  This includes Skip.
