Hey all,
The School Ultimate Season have come to a end!
The year has been an awesome one with heaps of new players joining and more players getting involved in ultimate events organised by auckland ultimate. I hope both the new people and the oldies had fun.
2005 Achievements include:
Coming 1st and 2nd in the Highschool Div. of the ASB indoor League wih our two teams, Insane Logic (1st place) and Supersonic Penguins (2nd place).
Penguins with Guns coming 5th out of 16 teams a the Indoor Nationals in Palmy! Our Best result ever! and a huge experience for the new people.
And finally, the huge turn out of people that were interested in spring league. We had two players, Lawrence and Aaron in the winning team, and also Erik, Fizzy, James in the runner up team.
Next year will hopefully be more of the same. With focus on Outdoors (term 1 & 4) and Indoors (term 2 & 3). Starting with a huge recruitment and advertisement of ultimate at school. All experienced players need to get involved for this to work!
