Fees
The cost per team is $25.00.  This fee should be paid on or before Draft Day.  All free agent pickups are a $2.00 charge.  This fee can be paid throughout the season or by the last game of the playoffs.  Please have all free agent money turned in by the last playoff game, so that the prize money can be delivered to the appropiate winner's on time.  If a player drops out, the fee to buyout a team will be $25.00 + the entry fee.  The buyout fee must be paid prior to the Final Keeper Submission date.  This money will be added to the pot.
Draft
The draft consists of 16 rounds.  You may choose any player at any position (QB, RB, WR, TE, DEF, K) in any round.  There is no limit for positions.  Draft position will be determined by the previous season's results in reverse order.  BE CAREFUL OF BYE-WEEKS while drafting!!!  There will be a mini-draft, after the main draft, for any undrafted players.  It will consist of 3 rounds.  All players drafted in the mini-draft will cost you $2.00.  You do not have to participate in the mini draft.  Names will be pulled out of a hat to determine draft order fo the mini-draft.  FOR ADDITIONAL INFO ON THE DRAFT PLEASE SEE THE KEEPER RULES IN THE COLUMN TO THE LEFT.  All players acquired through draft or pick-up must be players in the NFL.  NO COLLEGE PLAYERS ALLOWED.
Rosters/Lineup
Your Roster will consist of NO MORE than 20 players.  If you pick up a 21st player, someone on your team must be waived.  The positions on your roster will be QB, RB, WR, TE, DEF/ST, K.
Your lineup
MUST be called in by the start of the FIRST game of the WEEK.  This includes Thursday night games.  Your lineup will consist of 9 players each week; 1 QB, 1 WR, 1 RB, 2 WR/RB (your choice), 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF/ST, & 1 TIEBREAKER (Only receives points in case of a tie).  If your lineup is not submitted on time, the players from the previous week will be used.  If you do not submit a lineup for the first week of play, you will be dealt an automatic loss.  Players may change their lineup up until kickoff of the first game of the week.  All lineups should be submitted to me (The Commish) via phone (540) 785-3695, website or via email [email protected].
Free Agents and Trades
All free agent pickups are first come first serve.  You may pick up free agents through the commish (Joe).  Trades are free, but will be verified through the commish for fair play.  The trade deadline is the 10th week (before the start of the games of the 10th week).  All trades after the 10th week will not be allowed.  Trades will be public to everyone.  Managers can mark the players they have available for trade by contacting the Commish.  The player will be marked on the team's webpage for all managers to see.
Season/Playoffs
The season will be played over 13 actual NFL weeks.  Playoffs will begin on the 14th week.  This is a Head to Head league, so all players will play one of the other members each week.  The top 6 teams will advance to the playoffs.  The top 2 teams will have a first round bye in the playoffs.  The first round of the playoffs will be (by ranking) 3rd place vs 6th place(Game 1) and 4th place vs 5th place (Game 2).  The 1st place team will play the winner of Game 1 and the 2nd place team will play the winner of Game 2.  Admission to playoffs will be determined first by record.  If a tie exists, the team with the most points for the season will gain access.  If a tie still exists, it will go to head to head record/stats.
Prize Money
Prize money will be awarded in 3 categories.  Prize money breakdown is;  3FL Champ - 70%, Most Points - 15%, Best Record - 15%.  Any team can win more than one prize.

*Rules cannot be altered or changed for 2 years.  This means that the rules that are new or were changed cannot be voted on at the season ending meeting.  Any rule that did not change, is not new, or doesn't exist (unless it was deleted for this season) can be brought to our attention to vote on.
**Any unfair play, such as trading to stack one team in order to win, or releasing players for another to pick up so that they may be able to stack their team for a playoff run, will result in losses for the rest of the season and no playoffs.  The issue will then be brought to the attention of all other members to vote whether or not the person or persons involved should be allowed back into the league.
