Senior Internship
For my senior internship, I worked with the City of Houston, Planning and Development Department during the spring 2005 semester.
I was assigned to a Houston Super Neighborhood planning project team and was given a project that required that I learn the ESRI ArcView 3.2 Geographic Information System (GIS) on my own and then develop GIS shapefiles that displayed local civic association organizations that were located within each Houston Super Neighborhood.
