DRILL #3: Grip the poles by the usual hand-grip. The arms continue to have a natural relaxed attitude in front of the body. The natural pole grip and arms now form the funnel. The basket ends of the ski poles are aligned through natural distribution along the sides of the lower legs.

These three drill progressions will make a contribution to a natural stance, timing, balance and general athletic skiing for all terrains as the skier progresses on the road to excellence.
