| Project: Detroit Lions new practice facility and headquarters Location: Allen Park, Michigan: Site spans Allen Park and Dearborn with main entrance to facility located in Allen Park. Facility resides at the corner or Rotundra Drive and Southfield Freeway (M-39). Site Size: 22.7 acres Project Size: 253,000 square feet (including outdoor practice fields) Bulding Size: 115,000 square feet Outdoor Practice Area Two full-sized regulation fields Outdoor Practice Surface: Grass Indoor Practice Area: 220' wide by 440' long Height of Indoor Practice Area: 110' Indoor Practice Surface: NeXturf First Floor Includes: Indoor practice field, locker rooms (players, coaches and male staff), athletic training and rehab facilities, weight room, meeting rooms, auditorium, cafeteria, public lobby and media support area. Second Floor Includes: Chairman offices, administrative offices, football operations, broadcast studio, female staff locker room, observation platform for indoor field.
