Planned retail tennants include the Detroit Breakfast House and Grill, Leading Man (men's clothing), and Mark England Collections (home furnishings). Breakfast House and Grill is a 110-seat restaurant that will offer breakfast and lunch menus along with a Sunday brunch. Projected opening is July 2005. - Washington Blv. Streetscape - Downtown YMCA; planned completion is for Fall/Winter 2005 ? - PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) regional HQ; currently being constructed next to Ford Field along with a 1,000 space parking structure.
