My name is Steve Knowlton and my strength is Customer Relationship Management.

You will note from my r�sum� that I have always worked with technical experts, business operators and the public via the Internet, by phone and face-to-face. I have enjoyed the challenge of fulfilling my clients' requirements and meeting, or exceeding, their expectations.

With a strong computer and Internet oriented background, I am at home in a wide variety of troubleshooting and pre- and post-sales environments.

Most recently, I have had the opportunity to act in the capacity of Project Manager for new website implementations. I have successfully coordinated the launch of several new large-scale sites.

I have also recently been involved in the configuration of integrated eCRM software and the development and planning of support centre workflows.
