water training today was damn hiong. at first just simple paddling drill. then all these long laps for race. i won't have the use of my arms tomorrow. then team lunch with eve darren weiping yanwei nat kelvin at plaza sing food court. getting to be one of our favourite post-training haunts eyy. afterwards eve nat kelvin and i wandered carrefour drooling over the tasty stuff. lickkks.

tomorrow gonna be a busy day. dental in the morning. then east coast to collect canoes and bring them back down to kallang. and mauritius dialogue session.

i don't know anymore lahh. irritating. hais. can go jump off a tall building already. feel like playing some fun but violent game to let off steam. like smackdown vs raw. pity all my brother's ps2 controllers are faulty. and msn pool won't let me swear properly =(
