Fakie Ollie
The Ollie
Windows Media (300k) | Real Video (300k)
This is the first trick you should learn, and learn it well before you try any thing else.
Get your feet setup first...front foot on middle...back foot at the edge of the tail
Next, bend your knees
(You'll have to do these three things at the same time, so be ready)
*Jump up...*Smack the tail as hard as you can...*Slide your front foot towards the front truck bolts (therefore, leveling out your board)
Bend your knees to absorb the impact, but also, your feet should be on your truck bolts.
Other Tips:
(More Leveled)
I like to put my front foot just behind the front truck bolts, it let's me get my board even more leveled out.
(A way to practice)
Try to ollie over stuff, this way, you'll get the right timing for grinds and slides...and of course, you'll ollie better.
(Get Higher)
When you're in the air, bend your knees, that way, your board will go higher!!! Don't be scared!!!

This trick will help you with combos.
Get your feet setup, back foot on the tail...and just lift up your font foot
Try to balance the best the you can, you can't let you tail or front truck touch the ground.
Other Tips:
It's a little hard to balance on this, my average is only six seconds...

Nose Manual

This is just the opposite of the manual.
Get your feet setup first...this time, your front foot goes on the nose of your board and your back foot is lifted up.
Try to balance...keep your back truck and you nose away from the ground.
Other Tips:
My longest time for this is about three seconds.

Pop Shuvit

This one is easy while standing, but while rollin, it takes time.
Get your feet setup in the ollie position, but your front foot should be a little more to the the edge of the board.
Bend your knees
(You'll have to to these things at the same time, so be ready)
*Smack your tail...*Push your board with your foot
Again, bend your knees to absorb the impact, land on the truck bolts

Kickturn (switch)
No clip | No clip
The kickturn is a simple way to get back into your normal foot stance
Put your front foot on the nose, back foot at the middle of your board
push your board to the side with you back foot, while your front foot helps it turn.
Fakie Ollie
No clip | No clip
Ride switch and nollie.
Ride switch (if your regular, ride goofy), set your feet up in the nollie position...front foot on the nose...back foot in the middle.
(You'll have to do these 3 things at the same time, so be ready)
*Jump up...*Pop the nose as hard as you can...*Move your back foot towards the back truck bolts
Then land
Other tips:
Think of this trick like it's an ollie, well...actually it is. It like an ollie with you going backwards.
