 "In The Beginning"

The beginning of the McKinleyville Open is based more on myth then actual facts, and the myth is very long anyways. Carl, Josh and Greg decided they would add golf to the games played while at Patrick's Point, that's the beginning. Who won, what did they shoot, what did they get...who knows. Actually, this much is certain, Greg won the first McKinleyville Open while Carl and Josh came in second and third, not necessarily in that order. This is all we know for sure, but we must respect the humble beginnings which carry with it not much more than speculation and some not so clear memories.
