| New Students
- a. For Kinder I >> Must be 4 years old by June b. For Kinder II >> Must be 5 years old by June c. For Grade 1 >> Must at least be 6 years old, depending on the readiness of the child. - Present progress report card in Kindergarten - Present original and Xerox copy of Birth and Baptismal Certificates. - Must pass the interview and written examinations given by the school. - Two 1X1 ID pictures Grade 2 to Third Year High School - Photocopy of Report card showing at least 1st to 3rd quarter grades - Present original and Xerox copy of Birth and Baptismal Certificates - Two 1X1 ID pictures - Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal Adviser or Guidance Counselor. Transferee All transferee should: - have passing final grade in all subjects - have a certification of good moral character - pass the interview and entrance tests - follow admission procedures for new students |
