With all shopping completed and food prepared, Leaders cars are loaded up with supplies, crafts and food.

Kiss and Ride
All Sparks, Parents and Leaders arrive and find seating on previously assigned car/van pools at designated spot. Camp gear for each person is placed in the car/van they are travelling in. Ferry passes for all passengers are handed out with directions to camp. Directions should state exactly where we are going down to the site we are staying at.
ASK ALL TO MEET AT THE FRONT OF THE FERRY ONCE ON BOARD.

Give Caretaker – a
list of participants, home phone numbers and emergency numbers as well as the
group name and site reserved and dates
Unpack luggage from vehicles
to central area-only one car unloads at a time (others wait in parking lot)
Parking – park cars like a
train in parking lot with identification paper on first car
Only one car can park by
lodging
At least one leader arrives
early to make required bookings for activities
Identify pre-assigned
bunkmates (3 girl/3 parents per cabin)
Parent and child unpack
belonging and set up bedding – advise to keep sleeping bags rolled till bedtime
All medication is given to
Sparkle/Our First Aider on site and is secured in area where parent can access
when required
