Phoebe - or Pheebs - is a sweet but flaky musician and masseuse. She served as a surrogate mother for the triplets of her brother and his wife. Romantically, she sees the good in everyone... which is a nice way of saying that she can be kind of indiscriminate. Sometimes she seems a bit naive, but deep inside she knows what she's doing! She's the former roommate of Monica and Chandler and Rachel. Phoebe is also the twin sister of Ursula.
