This is a culmination of about 40 hours of Basic H.T.M.L. or Web Design course at the O.W.W.A., Dubai under the tutelage of Engineer Milo Torres. With the able and volunteer trainorship of friends like Eric Santos, Jesse Valle, Edan Aggarao, Marvin Raymundo and Gannie Caratao, I would like to thank these guys for their all-out support to P/C users like me. Of course, all praises to the Philippine Embassy under Ambassador A. Aguiluz III, Labour Attache Carmelita Arriola, our Skills Coordinator Miss Myrna Soriano and to the Filipino Computer Club. Thank you to all of you for bringing these seminars closer to the Filipinos at the Emirates.
