And it came to past that The Supreme Being created
a garden; and in it, he made to grow all the beutiful
scented blooming flowers, and every tree that was
pleasant to look upon and good for food. A river ran
through the garden to keep it well watered.
And the garden is where the Supreme Being placed
Adam, whom he created from the dust of the ground,
in his own image. Adam was given dominion over
every beast of the field and every fowl of the air.
But, the Supreme Being soon realised that it was not
good for Man to be alone. Therefore, he had Adam
go into a deep sleep so that he could remove one of
his ribs. Then he closed the flesh around the rib to
create woman.
He brought woman unto Man to be his help mate.
Adam and the woman lived in the garden and cared
for it. And they had the fruit of every tree, and every
plant and herb of the ground to eat freely whenever
they were hungry.
However, the Supreme Being commanded that they
were not to eat of the fruit of the two trees that stood in
the midst of the garden: For in the day that they did,
they would surely die.
And they were both naked, the Man and his wife, yet,
they were not ashamed.
Crystal Blue Fae had been waiting for the news of the
arrival of the children of the Supreme Being for a
very long time. And now, early one morning, as she
stood in a meadow not far from the Fae's camp, she
knew that her sister, Cyana, was on her way that very
moment with the announcement.
Crystal had been warned by her own mother, the
Goddess JyM, to stay away from man, but she had
no intention of following those orders. JyM was in
prison, placed there by her own brother, The Supreme
Being, and therefore, would not be around to stop her
from doing...well, Crystal wasn't quite sure what she
had planned for Man. But, what ever it was, it will not
be good, that was certain.
"Man is here on Gaia!" Cyana happily shouted as she
approached Crystal. "I've seen him, I know where he
is!"
"Well done, dear sister," Crystal replied, her voice
sounding as sweet as she could make it. "I knew that
you were the very one I could trust to search so
diligently. Tell me, where is Man so that I can tell the
others? Then we will leave him in peace as our
Mother commanded." Crystal asked, but she was
already searching Cyana's thoughts, seeing the very
site in her own mind.
"South, then east from our own camp, against a
mountain, about two days journey. There is a
beautiful garden with ponds, many different fruit trees,
and flowers not seen anywhere else on Gaia. There
is a river that flows from it that parts and continues
into four directions. He and his woman live there."
Cyana, tired from her long, lonely trip, was glad to be
relieved of her duties to be with her sisters. As soon
as she was gone, Crystal lifted into the air to find the
garden where Man lived.
