| My day started with this: AH, This is a notice to let you know that you're treading on thin ice, as we warned you before. You've already had several warnings in the past, and they're starting to add up. I hope you understand that we can't simply ignore continued violations of the Honor Code forever; letting any player continuously tread on the rules and flaunt violations is not good for the game or the community. Therefore, if you don't stop using the icon in question, for the reasons outlined in earlier e-mails you've received, we will start penalizing you by removing points from your total, and ultimately by removing your account. | To which I replied: I'm not breaking the honor code. I own that icon. If Del wants it back, she'll have to take me to court. This really doesn't concern you or the staff. it is a legal question. If you have any paperwork or anything that would prove my points wrong, I'd be more than happy to review them. I may have done som "antics" in the past, but this is not one of them. i a very, very upset about this. Neither you or Ramona bothered to ask me my side of the story befpre you sent methat email a few weeks back. You guys have no idea what Del's and my deal was. I feel you have acted with predjidice against me. You should get all the facts before you start making decsions that affect other people's lives. I own that icon. I'll take Del to court of I have to. I'd hate to have to get you guys involved, but it seems you already are. All I ask is you reconsider your decision. There are sissy's that are breaking the honor code out there. Some are using copyrighted material for their icon. (scooby doo for example). Maybe you should take their points away as well. AH |

| Now, eariler Claudia had said I would have points deducted if I continued to use the icon. However, 7 hours later RamonaQ bans me. There is a terrible communication problem with The Sissy Staff. |
| I reply to Ramona: Banning me from the boards is not a solution. It will only make things worse. I didn't remove the icon cause I'm waiting to hear from Claudia again. I sent him an email today. Ramona, I really belive I own that icon. Maybe I'm wrong, but when I get an answer fro that website then we'll know for sure. As I said in the post, if they say I'm wrong then I'll admitt it and surrender the icon. I'd wish you'd wait to ban me until we hear from the expects on this matter. If I am right, there's going to be a lot of sissies putting their foots in their mouths. I hope you know I' noting doing this to anger you or anyone. I just believe that icon is mine and I have the right to use it. ah |
