Meditation is a very important exercise that induces total relaxation. In this day and age, we hardly ever get the time to ourselves to relax and be tension-free. Meditation is a welcome relief from the tension and worries of every-day life. It is a quiet time when we can attune with yourself, nature, and the Goddess and God. We relax our conscious minds' hold on our psychic awareness. Usually Meditation is used in every magical rite and act of worship.
