Lavender Brown and Parvati Patil

Neither of them really has any importance beyond being Professor Trelawney's sole fans. They both get top marks in Divination (because of their incredible credulity), are expert tea leave readers (decaf only), and star gazers.

Not much is said about their physical appearance, except that Parvarti has black hair and is meant to be pretty. But then again, maybe not. Since it doesn't really say, who knows?

And... and, what and? As I said, they are really quite minor. Sure, Parvarti goes to the Yule Ball with Harry, but as the ball is mainly an opportunity for Harry to feel jealous (towards Cedric), that doesn't really count. And anyway, Parvarti doesn't really talk to Harry anymore, so...

Lavender, if it is possible, is actually even less major than Parvarti, since she doesn't go to the ball with anybody major. Still, the most tragic incident of the whole series happens to her. Her pet rabbit dies. A baby one. WAAAAHH!!!!

And... that is, I suppose, it. Either might become important, rich and/or famous later in Rowling's series, but it's kinda doubtful.
