Is it possible to capture Triple Click events in Visual Basic?

In many Microsoft applications, it can be seen that the interface responds to triple click events. One such example is the paragraph selection in MSWord. Triple click a paragraph and it gets selected. Is there a way to capture such events in Visual Basic.
