She released a huge sigh as she said "Hi Clauida, how have you been?"

"I have been good what about you how are things there."

"Everything is fine." they were both quiet a long while then she asked "What happened between you and Jack he said you tried to come on to him."

He had just walked in as she sat on the phone shocked "No mom Jack tried to rape me that day."

And her Mom spoke in a sarcastic tone "Oh really."

"Yes really, you don't believe me."

Her mother was quiet a long while then said "I am sorry Claudia but I don't ....I don't believe pretty much anything you say anymore."

"But you believe him" she said about to cry.

"Claudia I am sorry but I know Jack didn't try to rape you-"

She was getting angry about to cry "Mom he did, I swear to you I am not lying I promise, you're doing it again you are believing him over me."

"Claudia, why would Jack try and rape you?"

SHe yelled "I don't know Mom but you-"

He listened to her go back and fourth with her Mom finally she heard her say "So you are telling me you never want to see me again when he-"

"Goodbye Claudia" her mother hung up the phone and a few afterwards so did she. She was so hurt she couldn't even explain it . Her mother, her own mother had not believed her. She sat on the bed crying when he walked in, this was a time where he didn't know how she felt all he could do was hold her and let her cry in his arms.

Now she wished she would have moved in with him earlier cause they had fun with each other. He took very good care of her which surprised her until his work called for him to leave. They were on tour for months and he'd stop by but didn't stay any longer than a week or so but near the end of November they came home for vacation and to celebrate about a week later AJ decided to have a small party with the guys and some of his other close friends and they were all sitting around in the living room and she sat between them now 8 months going on 9 glad that they were back she could not get off the couch alone so they helped her up "Ah you guys ae so sweet"

"Yeah but you all can stay seated I will help her."

They laughed and so did she as she walked out the room. When his friend Mike asked "When are you two getting married?"

And Nick just to piss him off said "I'd marry her."

And Brian wanting to join in said "Marriage is a big decision, don't pressure him on the subject it scares him."

"I'm not scared, I'm just not ready."

She came back into the room and sat in her usual seat on the couch. She was sitting listening to them talk when she suddenly grabbed her stomach and Kevin saw her and asked "Are you okay?"

"Yeah it's just, she or he has been kicking a lot lately."

And his friend Tony asked "When are you due?"

"Next month"

AJ put his hand on her stomach "She is moving a lot."

She hit his hand away "Stop saying it's a girl, you don't know. What if it's a boy?"

"We'll have to keep working until we have a boy." she hit him laughing "Shut up, but you guys all should know it's the guy who makes it boy or girl so there."

She got up and walked out the room and into the kitchen when Nick walked in she could see in his face he was mad about something and she asked "What's wrong?"

"I'm fine, it's not like I didn't finish high school, I was tutored on the road, it's just they say high school is the best time of your life sometimes I hate I missed out on it."

"It's not all it's cracked up to be."

"I know your high school days were great, look at you, you're perfect."

"Thank you but if you mean dating guys you're wrong, I mean I have dated guys but my heart was always with AJ."

All of a sudden she sat in a chair grabbing her stomach and he walked over "When I tell you this promise not to panic?"

"Okay" he said really not knowing was was going on.

"My water just broke."

He immediately began to panic and raced out the kitchen and seconds later they all came into the kitchen especially AJ with the most worried look on his face as he came and kneeled down beside her "You okay?"

"Yeah I told you guys not to panic."

"I thought you were not due until next month."

"Me too...guys the contractions are starting...oh God." she grabbed whose ever hand was closes to her and it happened to be Howie and she screamed squeezing his hand so hard after a while she stopped screaming but she had not let his hand go and AJ saw him in pain said "Let his hand go Claudia."

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't know, I'm sorry."

"I'll go call the Doctor okay."

He raced off just as nervous and scared as she was.

She was taken first by the hospital. They were right behind them as they all ran up to the front to see where they had taken her. When they reached her room they were all to nervous to enter and AJ just paced the hall very nervous when a nurse came out surprised to see all these guys who all looked very concerned she asked "Which one of you are the father to be?"

"Me, Is-Is she okay?"

"Follow me"

She turned and went back into the room and he followed her, when he saw her he knew she was in pain. She was breathing hard and she didn't see him at first until he grabbed her hand and she looked up at him saying "I'm so glad you are here"

"Me too."

She was in pain but she was glad that he was there. He sat next her not letting her hand go and just to make him feel more comfortable she asked "Are you scared?"

"Yeah, I just want you to be okay."

"I'll be okay honey I promise."

"You never break promises."

"Right."

They nurse looked over at them and she couldn't help but ask "Are you two married?"

He decided to answer this one "No um...we're not married."

The nurse then turned her attention back to Claudia saying "You're doing fine but both you and your baby heart rate has dropped."

"How can that be good at all?" she yelled at the nurse.

And him worried about her and baby "Calm down."

"Okay, listen I know by now our families-" She thought about what her mother had told her months earlier and he knew what she was thinking trying to make her feel better "I am sure Debra is here by now you want me to get her."

"Yeah"

He kissed her cheek and left out the room and everyone was their it seemed like it anyway but his mother walked up to him and embraced him in a warm hug as she asked "How's she doing?"

"She's doing good."

"What about you how are you?"

"I'm fine but I just want her to be okay."

"She'll be fine don't worry."

"I have to go she just wanted you all to be here." he grabbed Debra's hand and pulled her in with him "She want's too see you."

"Why?"

"Cause...I'll tell you later."

Claudia was happy to see her they didn't know each other to well yet, that's why Debra was pretty surprised she wanted her there but she was more than happy to be there as she grabbed her free hand and Claudia said to her "I know you don't know me that well I just wanted someone here who has been through this before so I hope you don't-"

"It's okay, I don't mine."

He was glad she was there also. Everyone outside the door could hear her screaming and cursing at AJ but they knew it was just the baby thing. Stephanie was getting sick thinking about it as she sat saying "I know how she feels that's why I am not having anymore kids."

"No, you have to have me a baby Steph." she pulled Kevin down to her and she kissed him as Nick said "You think AJ has fainted yet."

Her mother was to excited to speak but she had to let it out as she said "I can't believe I'm going to be a Grandmother, those two do not know how happy they have made me."

She seemed as if she was about to cry and Howie asked "Are you okay?"

"Yes I'm okay." he came over and hugged her.
