Hello, Staff!
As you know, our members CAN and I think they WILL read these rules, so please, follow them:
1.-The procedure in which you HAVE to proceed when a bad member appears is the following:
1st, Warn them at least twice.
2nd, Mute them.
3rd, Send them to Jail
4th, kick them out.
5th, ban them (After being sent to Jail or kicked out 4 times and only for 15 minutes).
6th, Permanently Ban them (After being banned twice and only if you are a SimMaster, a Mayor, or an Admin)
Sometimes, you will have to skip the 1st and 2nd steps or even go right to the 6th one, depending on the rule-breaking.
2.-You MUST follow all the rules listed here and on the main rules (I may have skipped some of the rules listed in the guide you got when you were hired. These rules are to be followed as well). Your job is to help people with their problems and to stop rule-breakers. If you are a rule-breaker, how do you think you can stop other rule-breakers? Please, show a good example.
3.-DO NOT use your powers on staff members with a lower level than yours. If you feel like a staff member is being bad, notify me immediately. You already know one of my jobs in SimStage is to deal with bad staff.
4.-DO NOT power-abuse. If any user feels like you are abusing your powers and they tell on you, you may be suspended from your job or even fired.
5.-If you wish to be promoted, do a very good job.
6.-If you feel like you can't fulfill your job requirements or feel like you can't follow the rules, please tell me so we deal with it. You will get a Farewell Party at Auditorium if you follow this procedure. (If you are fired or you quit, you won't get the Farewell Party).
7.-If you don't know how to use your powers, tell me and I will meet you in the Office so you practise using them.
8.-When you send a member to Jail, you have three options: either you go to Jail and talk with the rule-breaker, or you simply leave them there, or you "shout" a message to all the rooms (for example: (user), that's a no no). You can also PM them my typing on the main chat window:
/msg (member's name) (message).
If you've sent a member to jail for 4 times, ban them temporarily and post their name on the board "Reports" at the Staff Section over at our Forums so we all pay attention on that member. Only if a member has been banned twice, you can ban them permanently. If you Permanently Ban someone without them having been banned twice or without being a SimMaster, Mayor or Admin, you will be fired. You can ONLY skip that and ask to Permanently Ban someone (even if you're a Moderator) if that someone gave their serial numbers to another someone. Why not? You can ask to or Permanently Ban them both; the one that asks for them and the one that gives them.
9.-NEVER give out ANY passowrd to ANY user. If you do so, you will be fired. If a staff member needs a password and neither me or Bryan are on, tell them to go with you to the Office and tell them there. Well, perhaps it may be easier to PM the password to them :|
10.-Remember you must be on the chat at least twice a week so we know you still want your job and so you get to know members better. Also, take a look at the Forums as many times as you can. SimMasters and Mayors are to take a look at the Forums at least twice a week also, so you can check the HelpDesk.
11.-Please help members on everything you can.
12.-Please be mature at all times. Patience is also highly appreciated. Being mature includes not typing "u" "ur" "thnx" "plz" etc, instead of the correct spelling (unless you're at the Office having a good time with other staff). Be corteous with everyone at all times.
13.- We'll have meetings at the Office at least once a month on Fridays or Saturdays. If you fail to appear to three of the meetings without a good reason, we'll suppose you don't like the responsibility the job requires, and you will be suspended.

Remember that, if you are promoted to admin, you get unlimited control over all the site; however, for security reasons, only Owners can directly affect and alter the site. You'll be given the password to the control of our secondary site, and then the Owners will look at the pages you make and upload them to this site.

Your special sections are: In chat: The rooms Jail, Office, and Auditorium; the Staff Page; and the forums Staff Section, which members cannot see. Members cannot chat in the Office and in the Auditorium, since they're Moderated (which means normal users can't chat). An email was sent to you as a guide on how and when to use your powers. If you lost it or you didn't get it and want it again, email Bryan at [email protected] asking for it. We'll soon have it as a download.
