A new girl comes to Springfield Elementary and Lisa attempts to make friends with her only to find out that she is just a bully like Nelson. She studies up on her and finds out that pheromones given off by nerds are what attract bullies and she presents her findings at the "12th Annual Big Science Thing." Meanwhile, a visit from a baby safety consultant prompts Homer to want to make babies safe all over Springfield.
Kathy Griffin guest stars as the voice of Francine. Jan Hooks guest stars as the voice of Manjula. Marcia Wallace guest stars as the voice of Mrs. Krabappel.
