Hgb -- Win9x - 152Kb
Decent emulator, but for its size (compared to the others), it doesn't deliver enough, but then its still a small file. However, it was buggy, so therefore, worse than the other 2.
Rating: 6.5/10

Rew -- Win9x - 90Kb
One of the better gameboy/ color gameboy emulator considering its small size.
Rating: 8/10

No$Gmb -- Win9x - 141Kb
Good emulator that has the ablitity to use Game Genie and Game Shark. So for those of you that are in need of assistance or are too lazy to beat a game yourself this one's for you.
Rating: 8.5/10

Smygb -- Win9x - 40.7Kb
Tiny file size, excellent emulator. Lots of options, full color support, and seemingly good rom support in general.

Army Men - 305Kb
Hi, my name is Mantis. I was recently asked by Paragon for some help. I said sure and what he needed. He asked me if I could download and review Army Men. Boy was I asking for it. The control sucks, graphics are better in Pokemon (Did I just type what I thought I did), and the story anyone can get ( but it wouldn't surprise me if there was one person who...). If you accidently download this game and accidently unzip and play it, practice in bootcamp first. It will give you the basics needed to tolerate this game. You will be given missions which you must fullfill at the same time killing those darn tan army men.

BattleTanx - 260Kb
By the gods, I am supremely pissed. Someone jacked up this page, 5 reviews or so are missing. They will pay big time. This is dumb and stupid, I will have to write them again. This sucks like that one girl.....oh wait that was the good kind of sucking. Well enough, I will now start this review. In this game as you might have already deduced from the title, you have to battle with tanks. The tanks can shoot other tanks and run over cars and other crap. The graphics are mediocre at best, the sound if there was any must have been crap. So all in all this game is weak, except for the running over cars and lamp poles over. Now my stomach hurts.

Crash Test Dummies - 69Kb
I'm going to be honest on this one. I couldn't get past the first level. So I asked for help and the gods sent Wizkid, who showed me the light. The control is somewhat good, and unlike Army Men the Dummie actually looks like a dummie, not a green pixelated booger. The story is pretty cool. You test out different stuff and complete the level. I dont want to give to much away but the third level is skiing. And thats as far as I have decided to go. Color would have been a plus in this game but it isn't so I guees I will go sulk now.

Donkey Kong Land 3 - 380Kb
Although this black and white imatation of Donkey Kong Country 3 for the Snes lacks graphics, it makes up for it with superb control and gameplay. As in the Snes version you must run and jump to save Diddy and Donkey Kong with Dixie and newcomer Kiddie. This game would have been more fun if the graphics were crisper and in color.

Dragon Warrior Monsters - 774Kb
Much like the now infamous Pokemon, Dragon Warrior Monsters is much better than the before mentioned in almost all aspects. First and foremost, this game is not as annoying or tormenting as Pokemon which is a plus. Players in this game will have to capture monsters to help them on their quests. Players can use up to 3 or 4 monsters to fight instead of just one in Pokemon. This game fully makes use of all the colors of the Gameboy Color, making the graphics bright and brilliant to say the least.

Final Fantsy Legend - 95Kb
The first in a forever repeating cycle of Final Fantasies. But if it was the final fantasy why are there more. Huh? Now tell me that. Anyways the control is good, graphics are good for gameboy, and the story is like always, awesome. You get to choose from 8 different characters, 4 humans, a bug, lizard, rat, and a zombie. Each with different powers and attacks. Unlike the ones following this you are not given any people to your team. Which makes you want to be carefull in fights (Trust me, damn cat killing my zombie).

Final Fantsy Legend 2 - 179Kb
The sequal to Final Fantasy Legends. Same type stuff as before but different characters and you get 3 buddies and a secret player on your team. The new people to choose from is a robot, slime, Baby dragon, and an Imp. You now have to find stones to a statue. You get the first piece from yor father (So if you pick slime then you know there was some inbrreding occuring in your family).

Final Fantsy Legend 3 - 190Kb
You know how hard it is coming up with something funny to say for three final fantasy games. Well I'm not funny like you so wipe that smirk off your face. That's better. Anyways same as its predecessers ( I know I spelled it wrong, E-mail me some hate mail saying how I cant spell). But more like the ones we have come to love on Super Nintendo and Sony. More than one enemy, and players at the bottom of the screen. In this one you get 5 people in your party (including you). You have to go back in time and stop a flood that wiped out all existence.

Great Greed - 178Kb
This one took way too long to find. It must be a rare rom, or something because I have never seen it listed on a site. Anyway, despite its "rarity" this RPG is actually pretty fun. Half the enjoyment is the names of the places and people, which are nearly all based on food items of some kind. Where else will you find classic names like Microwave, Lunch Box, and the cute little dog Calorie? At any rate, the battles are interesting, with a first person vantage, and a real-time-esque/turn-based system. Unfortuneatly the plot is the usual save the world fodder, but it really is fun, really!

Harvest Moon - 540Kb
Harvest Moon, the farm simulation, is now on the Gameboy Color! Although the basic gameplay of planting crops and raise animals are still basically the same, this version of Harvest Moon offers more crops and two playable characters. You can now choose between a boy or a girl this time. Although I must say if you do play as the female, you can not get marry, it is a bit sexist. The story that begins the game is totally different also. So with these new features and the classic gameplay, this game is a must have, unless you don't like the repetitions of farming.

Mario Golf - 1.4Mb
Well this game is for the Game Boy Color. From what I remember playing this game was pretty sweet. You can either be Mario or Luigi, you also have the option of "creating" a character, male or female and two versions of each. You go golfing at various clubs, gaining stats as you win tournaments. I remember those kinds of clubs, well one up near I-70 in the mountains and the other being the Lakewood country club. Well enough of my Grandparents high society, download and FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUR!

God my stomach hurts. So does my thumb actually but I will write this review. Let see what I can remember from last night. Hmmm...... Oh yeah there was way too much text, I suggest you use the B button. In this game you play as Snake who is a spy of some sorts. You have to sneak him around in enemy territory to do some crap. Like a snake, Snake, must be silent and lie low and wait for the right moment to strike his helpless victims. The graphics were colorful but too bland and dull. The music is niffy though, it is like the music from the Playstation version of the same game. Well that is all I can think of right now, my stomach is bursting right now, so I have to go.

Pokemon Blue - 371Kb
This is the best gameboy game ever invented!!! At least, that's what fans would like me to say... In reality it is your basic "dumbed down" RPG, which in, if you are unaware, you catch little monsters "pokemon" (pocket monsters) and use them for your own sadistic training pleasures. Where's the animal rights activists on this one?! At any rate, the sound is pretty useless, the control is good if you're running at 200% speed, and the graphics are somewhat decent, the true redeeming factor being the sheer number of pokemon to catch with their own qualities and pictures. The color isn't special. Get it if you're a fan. Skip it if you're not.

Pokemon Gold - 698Kb
A fairly current relese of the mostly translated jap version of these pathetically addictive games for the easily influenced, and the gameplay challenged. Pokemon Pinball - 307Kb
Alright. Who's the genious that came up with this game? The stupidest, most useless spinoff of the bunch, this entirely unentertaining pinball wannabee / "gotta catch 'em all" hybrid is the epitome of tired overexploited concepts. If that doesn't steer you away from this game, I don't know what will. There seems to be something to do with catching pokemon on the 2 pinball tables, but who freaking knows or cares? Avoid this one like the plague.

Pokemon Red - 371Kb
The differences between the "primary color" pokemons are minimal at best, so basically, if you've played one you've played them all. And if you really have played them all (bought them all is worse mind you) then you can consider yourself caught by the intricate propoganda hype releases of the game/s. Shame on you. At any rate, this game is nearly identical to the blue version and vise versa, so if you want more info on this game, then look at that review.

Pokemon Silver - 690Kb
Well this is the infamous full English version of Pokemon Silver. So to all the Pokemon fans out there, I must say, "I pity your pathetic moronic taste in games." But it is not my place to judge people although this is our site, so we can, should, and do judge. Well now I should describe the game. It is all in English or I should assume so, some nice fellow, picardokc e-mailed it to me and said it was all in English. So being the lazy smart person, I took his word for it because who would actually play the game all the way through? So all I did was just started the game up and made sure it worked, and it does. I should not have to describe this game because if you don't know what it is then you are lucky. I would like to thank picardokc again for e-mailing me this game.

Pokemon Yellow - 502Kb
Well, lookee' here ma! Another poke-mon game color! This is very sad... The biggest noticable difference between this game and the others is that this is more "Pikachu centered", as in, the adorable, cuddly, little encaptured against his will, Pokemon follows you around everywhere and is your first Pokemon. I guess its enough to make it better than the other ones, but it doesn't necessitate a freakin' game though does it?

Now imagine the little things looking like boogers. And that is this game. You get two pieces at a time and try to connect 4 of them to make them dissapear. What the hell? Someone actually attempted to make a real time strategy game for the gameboy? Less surprising is the fact that it is hardly successful. Basically, in this and every other RTS, you run around making troops and buildings to protect them, train them, and and make more of them while fending off attacks. Same here too, only you get to do it without a mouse, amidst relatively uninspired graphics and less then pulse-pounding music with only your patience to help you. Sure its in color, and sure its maybe the first time its been done for the gameboy, but if this is what you call entertainment then maybe you should look around more.

This clone of a fighting game is based on the recent movie of the same name. The movie was less than spectacular, in fact it was dull and tedious. I also fell asleep during the movie, although that might have been because I didn't sleep the previous night. Oh well as slugish as the movie was, the game is worst. First of all the graphics are terrible, the colors were weak, and there is a huge graphics glitch of unimaginable size. The gameplay is hindered by the graphics glitch by the fact of you not being able to see what is going on. So don't get this game unless you were the person that requested it or you have an unhealthy addiction towards X-men.
