1. Bank Transfer (POSB)

Upon receipt of order, an email will be sent to confirm your order in which we will indicate our bank account number. Payment is to be made within 3 working days. Your order will be sent out within 3 working days, upon receipt of payment.In any case of delay, you will be informed of ASAP.

2. Cash on Delivery

For meet ups, please prepare the correct amount in small change if possible.

2 modes of delivery available ..

1. Via Local Mail .. Free with all purchases

We will do our best to ensure that proper delivery will take place including weighing and dropping the item in the post box personally. As such, please note that SimplyLNE will not be held responsible for any lost mails by Singpost nor will we refund or replace lost merchandise.

To be assured of confirmed delivery, we recommend our customers to opt for registered mail at an additional cost of S$2.00 for orders less than S$ 50.00. SimplyLNE will absorb any additional local postage surcharges included.

A tracking no will be emailed to you with which you could track your order at the Singpost website.

2. Via Meet ups ..

Meet ups are scheduled on Tuesdays 6pm at Toa Payoh MRT or on Fridays 5.30pm at Ang Mo Kio MRT.

Any changes will be informed of in the email confirmation.
