There is a $20.00 delivery charge for all local deliveries.
* Display Cages w/Butterflies are rental only. Charges apply if butterflies are released.
Shipping and handling extra for non local orders.
We suggest that orders be placed at least 6--8 weeks prior to the event in order to secure a reservation of our limited stock. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event. Simply Butterflies guarantees a healthy delivery of butterflies, but will not be responsible for loss due to mishandling of the package after receipt. You must be present to receive the package the day before the event. No refunds are given for
cancellations due to poor weather. For a successful release, butterflies should be released outside an hour before the sun
sets, and the temperature needs to be above 65 degrees F.
