Nyob zoo, �� �� (an-nyeong) and hello to everyone! My name is Beckie Thao and I am Hmong. I have lived on Earth for 16 yrs and have found that I am easily intrigued. ^^;; I am Christian and go to First Hmong Alliance Church. There is not much that I can say about me but what I can reveal to you all to know is that although I seem simple enough, I am and can be a complicated and complex person. Just ask anyone who knows me well.
A Journey For 16 yrs I have lived and for 15 years have been in the dark until I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and Lord. He changed me in a way that no one else can and I am happy to admit that to everyone. Although, since I have accepted Him and have been baptized, I have had many downfalls, many troubles and bumps along my path and there were times that I did fall but it's a matter of Faith. Music!

Music has inspired me, influenced me, and has been the determining block in many of the stories that I write.

Christian Music has gone a long way and my most favorite song is "A Home For You" There are lots of songs that I love, lots of praise and worship songs that just hit me at my core and it doesn't matter where I am or what I'm doing, I can always sing a song that praises my God..

I also listen to some k-pop, since I do watch korean dramas and movies. Alot of the korean songs are of love but then there are others that are just plain encouragement and the words are set to interesting but sweet melodies; I don't know what you would call it, but I find it just plain encouraging.

Classical Music is also a great favorite of mine. My most favorite piano piece is Canon in D written by Pachebell. I find it simply lovely.

All in all, music surrounds me, inspires me, and sets the mood especially when I am writing.
