Mortal Pain
If only imagining to somebody to die of pain he is strongly impressive, the martyrdom is general and more frequent and deep in the doctor by the responsibility that has with the patient and his close friends.
From the remote times it is known of martyred or of traumatizados died by the pain. The pain is one of the most important factors for the production of a state that can be mortal and that has been called " shock ". In the essential, the mechanism is known patogenic, in which it talks about the pain the life of relation, transmited by the peripheral sensitive nervous system. It is it much except the one of the organic life or vegetative, that, nevertheless, produces incomparably many more deaths by pain. The affective stimulus to help these patients has lead to us to the hypothesis of the Simpatic transmission of the pain, and later to their verification and generalization.
