Biography of the Dr. Miguel Lopez Esnaurrizar
Been born in the Mexico City, the 23 of March of 1901, graduate from the Medicine School the 13 of March of 1923; exerting in the General Hospital of the City of Mexico, it obtained the specialty in Medical Clinic and Surgery of Abdomen of the Faculty of High Studies, Working then in the first Policlinic of Mexico, later to be professor of Surgical Propedeutic Clinic of the U.N.A.M., publishing in 1933 his first work. During his 70 years of professional life he made more than 100 national and international publications. Distinctions: Technical advisor of the Faculty of Medicine of Mexico (U.N.A.M), Founder of the Mexican Academy of Surgery (1933-1951), Honorary Fellow of the School the International of Surgeons, Honorary Member of the Society of Surgery of La Paz Bolivia, Corresponding Foreigner of the Venezuelan Society of Surgery, Medicine the National Academy of Venezuela and of the Brasileiro School of San Carlos, of Guatemala, Extraordinary University professor of Surgical Clinic of the Medicine School and Surgery of the Greater University of San Andres of La Paz Bolivia; Regent National of the Society the International of Angiology; Corresponding in Mexico, of the Association of Doctors of French Language; Founder and Surgeon of the France Clinic of Mexico, D.F. and of the Institute of Functional Pathology. Condecorations: Gold medal of the University of Mexico, Board Gold of the Academy of Medical Sciences, Gold medal of the School of Medical Surgeons (donated by the C.
