<h1><font color=cc3300>Simi Says</font></h1><br>

The city wants me to put on a new roof to please my neighbors, I do not live in  a planned community,  not because I need it, or I am wrong under their code enforcement rules........ They said I had to get a loan if I have no money, (I have a witness), or they will make my daughters pay. I am 55, and a member of AARP, I have lived below the federal poverty level for  13 years, I am unemployed now, and was injured when they made the demand. I cannot walk easily sometimes now, my legs keep swelling up. I have no money, no insurance, and they fined me $100 a day, now are taking me to criminal court, and I cannot, under their code enforcement rules, say it is wrong, even if it is wrong. I must pay it, or jail, lose my house, they can put on a new roof at whim. no previous judge or public hearing was held to determine if I owe anything. My roof does not leak, is not rotten, and my neighbors have harassed me for 7 years now nonstop....... they hate my flowers, almost anything of value they killed long ago, they make false complaints, they even attacked me with a hose when I was minding my own business in my back yard,  threatened me with a baseball bat and gun, axed off all my fig branches in my back yard one day.... I must have a new roof to please them........"SO I MATCH THEIR HOMES" according to Simi Valley Code Enforcement.
I cannot get a loan anyway, I have a second, I was told by the lady in charge o their "loans"... The city of Simi Valley demanded I get a loan, if not payments, then attach my equity.......... I was told by the Simi Valley City Council, when I spoke to them at the meeting July 17, 2002,   they would have the police and code enforcement speak to me. No one has ever contacted me, except to mail me a criminal summons... I want this stopped, I need help!
