-If you are the host of my site, you do not have my permission to claim any of the artwork as your own simply because you made a home for it. As long as I am hosted by you, you can only use my artwork with my permission, which you can obtain by emailing me.

-Erik will not take any liability for any damages done as a result of any of my art. You have complete permission to run virus scanners on the site if you are the host, or on the downloads if you are a fan.

-Erik hold the exclusive right to distribution of these creations and hold the right to deny any authorization for the reproduction, distribution, or modification of these creations.

-You may not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify anything on this site..including but not limited to skins, houses, & website icons & graphics.
