Greetings all :o)
This is somewhat of an unusual excercise, but when it's done properly, it leaves your whole being energised and feeling fresh, as though every inch of you, is breathing freely, all over, all at once.. Difficult to describe, wonderful to experience :o)
For those of you who are not certain on how to tap into ambient psi energies around you, I will attempt to explain this first, before moving on..Those who already know what they're doing, can skip this part, if you wish..Firstly, the best thing to start with, is rhythmic breathing excercises, and clearing the body of all unwanted tension, stress, and other undesireables..You should be on your own, preferrably, when doing these excercises, because any interruptions will simply sever concentration, and the energy flow..Find a place to sit and be comfortable, and then allow your thoughts to wander freely, acknowledge them as they pass out of you, but don't get involved and start thinking about them in depth - this is a relaxation excercise we are starting with, not one in which to get in touch with problems or conflicts of any kind..
Now, begin by taking in a deep, cleansing breath, and then hold it..The longer you hold it, the better, and then release, and draw in another cleansing breath, repeating the same, by holding it in to a count of 20..What this does, is releases something called lymph..Lymph carries toxins and other nasty things out of your body, and literally cleanses the blood, and of course, refreshes the body..If you have ever heard it being said that simple breathing does wonders, you're about to find out why..On a normal scale, you should do this type of breathing excercise everyday, at least 3 times..
Give yourself a moment to reflect on how you feel now..You have very effectively taken out the trash, as it were..Moving on, begin to pull energy in from all around you..Whatever available source is nearby, make use..Do not hone in on anything, or anyone specifically - remember, we are making use of ambient psi energies, which means, it has already been let go of by something or someone living, and has no connection to them anymore..Doing this, does not require any permission, so this method is preferrable..Continue to draw it in until you feel yourself about to burst..Now concentrate and move the energy to your head, and visualise the head chakra opening..If it does not fully open, or does not open at all, don't force it.. You can come back another time, and attempt it again..In this manner, continue to move downwards, doing the same with each chakra..You may even wish to visualise the color associated with each chakra as you go along..Carry on down to your feet, and when you have gotten there, move the energy all the way back to the head, not stopping along the way..By doing this, you'll feel an immense rush..This is the end goal - opening up and really letting the energies do their job..
Once you have managed to catch your breath, you can, of course, shield up, using your method of choice, thus keeping your efforts tucked in for awhile, and allow them to do their best on you..I hope you will enjoy these excercises, and that they will benefit you greatly :o)
