Greetings once again :o) Ok, so how did everybody do on the visualisation? Are we beginning to get somewhere with it? Kewlness..Ok, in this segment, I am gonna go into some other areas, and discuss ways of sending out energies to those who may need it..For example, a sick relative, one who has been injured or is in the hospital, something like that..But being honest, you don't have to limit this to those who are ill.. I tend to send out energy bursts once in awhile.. Sometimes people need it, you know? Plenty of people keep me maintained so I give back when I am able.. Ok, let's start with a fun one..Color therapy.. Remember what I said the last time? About the uses of color for different functions? Ok well, for those who know me, purple is like my signature color, therefore I tend to use it alot to achieve a means to an end..For me, purple is feel-good energy..You have only to suspend an amethyst to see and understand what I mean by that..Purple is a warming, peaceful, even loving color for me..It might not be for anyone else, but for me it is..And basically what it all comes down to, is not the color, so much as the emotions and feelings, and thoughts I put within it..Understand? And then I envelope the person of choice within this color and direct the flow accordingly..Doing this, you become something like a faucet - turn on the water slowly, and continue to turn the knob and the water rushes out faster, and gains momentum..When it finally washes over you, it's a hell of a rush..Ok, let's begin.. The Use of Colors and Power Thoughts~ Firstly, start with the breathing..When you have centered yourself enough, then you may want to visualise the person you have in mind..Ask yourself "what is needed here"? Are there any physical ailments? Depression? Whatever the issue, you decide on what color will counteract, and then "see" that color in your mind's eye..Project into it the healing thoughts or energising thoughts that will aid and assist..Add power thoughts to it..Oh yes, you may also do that, there are no real limits as to what you can do here..Finally, begin to pull energy in from around you..Become like a dry sponge just being introduced to water - let yourself absorb it in..This is made easier sometimes by playing music..The ones I tend to use when grabbing it up to use for someone else's benefit, is usually tribal music - for example, there is a CD called "Sacred Spirit" which is American Indian chants and drumming, etc..Another good one I make use of, is Celtic Tribal - Clannad for example..They have a song called "Alasdair MacColla"..This song never fails to help me at all.. Ok, so with your music playing in the background, hopefully it is one which will contribute to changing the energies into something viable to work with, that compliments the desired effect..Then just open yourself and pull in from around you..When I do it, its like every pore on my body becomes open and breathes inward..Like the sponge effect I mentioned above..My 3rd eye flares up, becomes electrified, and I feel as though I have plugged into the mains supply..I become a thing of literal power at that point..You will find this really rather exhilarating..For those who are "addicted to that rush", you're gonna love this.. Ok, now you have established a steady flow..Now "see" the person you are about to assist within your mind's eye..Don't leave out any details..Are you healing them? See the places that need or require healing as being black in color, and you need to concentrate on changing the black to the color of your choosing for this particular method, so in my case, we will use the color purple for an example..Let those black spaces ( if any ) be totally infused with purple energy..Watch those areas change as you literally flood the areas..Feel the flow from your 3rd eye lock on to the person you are assisting..Allow it to mount..For me, I see the flow rather like lightning bolts, and very strong..Then I condense it and make it stronger..This part will sound odd, but if it happens to you this way, you'll see why I do this.. When the flow is established and is very strong ( lightning as I said ), then thin it out and condense it into something like a long thin shaft, a laser beam perhaps..This is a direct link between you and someone else..You're gonna feel it change drastically at this point, so move quickly..Surround your person with the color, add power thoughts..Totally feed your energy into them and see them becoming stronger for it..I guarantee they will feel you..You can also grab energies in this manner for yourself when you have a need, without using the colors and/or power thoughts of course..This method is very effective for one on one contact..This is sometimes what I do when grabbing a heavy amount of energy from one person..And because it takes alot to grab alot, I tend not to do this very often, preferring just to "lightly skim" off the top of what is already out there anyway..Please make sure you have permission to do this, however..It's really common courtesy to ask someone if they mind you gaining from them in this manner, and also allow yourself to give back to them..I will get into that and shielding in the next segment..
