Keitaro is determined to fulfill a promise to his childhood sweetheart by getting into Tokyo university. Unfortunately he doesn't even remember her name or what she looked like and he has already failed to get in twice! In order to continue his studies he moves into the Hinata Apartments and becomes the resident manager. Keitaro is prone to fits of clumsiness and ill timed appearances that always seem to get him into trouble with his residents. Whether it's accidentally walking into the girls bath, or barging into Naru's room unannounced, you can be sure that he gets his comeuppance!
