Information: Moritori Rex was once the leader of the Dark Legion. While trapped with the Legion in a zone, Moritori learned that he could watch others. Moritori planned his revenge by trapping a guardian named Tobor. As Moritori and Tobor fought among ancient ruins, the structures collapsed and the two were trapped. Hawking came to rescue his son, but instead rescued Moritori. Moritori assumed Tobor’s life and continued to plot for the Dark Legion from within the Brotherhood.
