Information: Field Commander Rat captured some echidnas on the street. Under order of General Stryker, Rat was prepared to use the echidnas as bait for Knuckles the Echidna. Rat “played a game” with the echidnas, acting like he was going to kill them. However, Knuckles came and stopped Rat from taking further action.
