Information: Just as his title suggests, Garek was part of the echidna council. When Steppenwolf appeared in front of the council, Garek was the first to blame Steppenwolf’s family for their troubles. In order to gain peace, Garek was ready to kill Steppenwolf and bring him to the Dark Legion. Steppenwolf told Garek if that was the best way to solve their problems, then Garek should kill him since he would give his life for Garek’s family. Moved by Steppenwolf’s actions, Garek fell to the ground and gave up his gun.
