I close my eyes and I see you Hiding in my mind In the endless maze between my thoughts That is where I find The shelter and the safety Where fear is left behind Beyond the pain, beyond the tears I know love is blind |
Oh how sweet is the caressing of the wind Like the soft and gentle feeling of your touch And I close my eyes remembering your hands Slowly exploring the surface of my skin I sense your pressence in the peaceful darkness Your eyes are watching me and I feel your love I embrace the sensation of your being And in this quiet night I find you again |
| Sounds In the solitude of darkness Silence quietly sheds a tear For the death of it's companion has left it all alone in fear Sound has died a silent death Leaving it's eternal mate in pain A thousand dying sounds in silence Causing grief and sorrow, every time again In time sound will be reborn And the silence will be filled with cries For they cannot exsist at once One rebirth means the other dies Life and death are combined and one Like sound and silence are the same within Never together, yet never apart That's how it is, how it has always been |
