The one quoted in every site: lex somehow forgot how to read in series 1. He could read the graffiti saying that the Locos are "scandalous" (which Glenn lived to regret) and yet can't read a simple can of chicked soup...
After Amber runs off with Sascha, she brings back a lobster wrapped in a cloth for the Mall Rats. In the same series, she is in bed with Bray wearing the same towel. Now, we all know how scarce water was in Series 1 so they couldn't possibly wash anything... Ew.
Dal asks Amber "Is it Sunday?" to which she replies that who knows what day it is anymore. Yet they somehow knew when Patsy's birthday was...
Where do they get the chlorine for Ebony's pool? and who does her hair for her? Speaking of which, how come Amber's hair is always perfect when anyone who has ever tried it knows how easily zulu knots fall out?
So...you can work out complex chemical formulae based on the colour, huh?
How come Lex and KC's paint mixture formula didnt kill anyone?
What happened to the alarm Jack installed? or the wind turbine? or the water filter? or...
If they had the antidote, surely some of the government officials in the places it was kept would have taken some. Surely.
From what we can tell form Eagles flashbacks, being blown up is really good for dying your roots...
Ebony says that we (the Mall Rats) found the antidote, defeated the chosen and the Locos. Excuse me, honey, but weren't you leading the Locos?
"Baby Bray is safe" Trudy reassures Amber as she comes back to the Mall after the Technos raid the Ecos camp...but didn't she just throw him on the bank when the raid started? And, as all the remaining Ecos (ie Hawk) came with her to the Mall, shouldn't baby Bray still be there, dying of hypothermia?
What happened to Trudy being vegetarian?
Where on earth do the Ecos, living in the middle of the woods, get such excellent wardrobe changes? or indeed Ebony when she's on a mountain?
Shouldn't the city be running very low on kids by now???
Ebony couldn't recognise her own sister based on half her face? Yeah, right...
Series 2 and 3 seemed to have no problems at all getting food... where did it all come from?
Cloe had a teddy. Cloe traded teddy for a plastic bone to get Cloudy.
Cloe used teddy to humiliate Ved. Or was it a different teddy? (thanx to Stewart)

In episode 8 when Bray is talking to Zoot in the sewer you can see one of the crew in the background. Zoot asks where Trudy is and just over his right shoulder you can see a man wearing a cap scrambling to get out of the shot. My sister and I thought it was great! (thanx to nat)
In Series 4 when (kind of early on) Lex gets sick and Ebony still has Jay over for dinner, even though he couldn't give her the antibiotics. She is pouring champagne and Salene knocks on the door, now keep in mind she has filled one glass, and put the bottle down to answer the door. She opens the door talks to Salene for a minute and goes back to pour champange into the two empty cups...? WoopS! :D (thanx to cheri)
In Series 3 Jack tries to leave the mall through the sewers and gets caught by the chosen.But when Bray and the Gaiens, enter through the sewers, there are no chosen guards.
Well, when in S3 Ebony and Lex tried to kill the Guardian, at first there was no black stripe around Lex`s eyes, like there was later,when he grabbed the Guardian . Interesting or what?(thanx to bright angel)
