Natural Healing
Comes in many forms and has been used from ancient times to the present day.
On this page I have added some of the healing ways that many have come accustomed too and used to heal their body and soul.
Through out my site thre are many diffrent healing ways.
Hope you enjoy wandering through this section as all the others.
ACUPUNTURE:
This dates back thousands of years and has been said to have been used in the cave man Era, only speculation due to bones and markings on some of the frozen found specimens of cave men.  Indians have believed in this form of healing and superstition values too.
Chinese improved this method from times of war, since wounds made were reliving pains within them. In Africa they have used thorns, sharpened stones/sticks & various of other natural means. Due to the lack of metal in their area or time frame some used what ever means came to them. Bone has even been known to be used for this methods in some cultures.
This method has been known to relieve the pain or such things as Arthritis, Back pains, nervous disorders, Headaches, muscle tension and nerve ailments.
In some cases has even been known to completely remove the problem at hand.

By all means you must take good care while using this as well any other natural healings.
It is not recommended if you are pregnant to do this. Do not apply this while under medication, alcohol or any other form of drugs. Keep in mind not all will see or feel the effects within the first time of use some take longer all depends on the main problem.
If you are nauseated or are having unusual headaches that are rear based,
seek the guidance of a DR prior to doing acupuncture.

Accupresure Helps Ease: :
PMS or pain from periods place thumb and fingers on your ankle bone
(the long chin bone right above your heal) grasping it as to hold on to it. Then apply 25 pounds of pressure to this area for about 30 seconds. Pain should be eased.

Headaches:
Press the thumb and pointer finger together to make a fleshy mound.
This pressure point is at the top of hand between the two bones ably the same amount of pressure as above (25 pounds) for 30 seconds. Headache should be relived. For headache received from anger or nervous tension press the same area although on your feet. As if your foot was a hand do the same to it. As in Big Toe and second toe next to it.

Alone in the feet and the hands a lot of pain can be eliminated with Acupreasure.
To massage the Fingertips relieves Sinus problems and or some issues.
Most pains, soreness within hands, feet can reflect internal issues you might not be aware of.

Therapist can sence the pulse of the cerebral spinal fluid then uses slow, very light stroaks to correct cerebral, spinal imbalances and blockages. These imbalances, blockages can cause sensory, motor, and intellectual dysfunction.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:

"Terminus" where it is recycled into the blood system.

medical doctors and chiropractors offices.
