Q: OK, put your hands together for the rest of the cast of LOTR, Dominic Monghan, Billy Boyd, Orlando Bloom and Sean Astin. (Lots of cheering) They all hug Elijah and Liv.
Q: Have a seat fellas! Have you guys done this for like a moviesession already?
D: Yeah! We've done this for like the past two weeks..
Q: It's great to have you guys here, tell us about New-Zealand and being in the mountains, what was that all about??
B: It was just beautiful...
Q: Where you shooting there? Why where you there?
B: Yeah! Well, you know...
S: Because they were there!
O: Cos we were snowboarding.....(Laughter)
Q: What did you eat?
L: The food was outrageous!
Q: Outrageous? Good or bad?
L: Just so delicious, it's like you get so chubby and happy there.
D: Really good, yeah.
S: It's all about sheep.
Q: They don't serve sheep!
S: 33 million sheep and 3 million people on New-Zealand, it's all about sheep. (Laughter)
Q: What does it taste like? Chicken?
S: Erm...like chicken! (Laughter)
E: Like frog legs.
Q: It's like sheep jerky.
S: (Laughing) You don't say that in New-Zealand, means something different out there. (Laughter)
Q: Oh it does? Thank God I don't have a vacation, I'm certainly not going there...Did you all go to Australia on vacation?
D: No, the 4...3 Hobbits and Orli, went to the Star Wars set, busted some moves.
Q: And how was that? Obviously there's a lot of talk about the Star Wars trilogy and LOTR....
E: Strange I think they thought that we were weird, cos we refer to each other as Hobbit and the elf, so they were like 'you guys are way to close to your 'own' world' it's a bit strange.
O: There's no place for Hobbits and elves here.
Q: They probably didn't build the sort of camaraderie that you guys did, literally, on the set while making the trilogy that you guys did, they were probably more actors, but Elijah explain the sot of bond, when you're shooting 3 movies, that you have with your fellow cast mates.
E: Um, incredible, we all became brothers, family you know...We had about 6 weeks before we started filming, just to kind of train and get ready for the journey, and that was like every day together, then we spend all our free time together so I mean....best mates in the world.
Q: So now what do you do? Call each other, stay in touch?
E: Oh yeah, absolutely ...I mean we're constantly having to do press as well, so that brings us together, and these guys are moving out to Los Angeles...
O: We touch each other.
D: We DO touch each other. (Laughter)
Q: Yeah I just noticed that, i just saw that.
E: Well, it's a Hobbit kind of thing.
D: Can I just apologise on TV for poking that girl over there in the eye when I came in. The lovely girl with the 'I love New York' T-shirt is it? Oh it's 'I love The Calling' (Laughes) I poked her in the eye when I came out, BANG 'Oh I'm sorry.'
E: Oh mate!
D: I'm sorry!!
Q: Ok, people might not know LOTR (which I highly doubt) so let's start with you Sean and go down the line and sort of describe your character in the movie.
S: I play Sam, Sam is a Hobbit, and basicly I'm Frodo's gardener, and if he needs anything on the trip I'm sort of there for him.
E: He's got his back.
D: I play Merry, who's also a Hobbit..
O: The gayest of all Hobbits.
D: (smiling).....the gayest of all Hobbits as Tolkien said.
Q: Is that a happy Hobbit or a gay Hobbit? (laughter)
D: Yeah a happy Hobbit! And he's another one of Frodo's companions, you know, a protector and a cheeky kind of chappy, very good mates with Billy!!
B: I play Pippin and yeah Pippin is best friends with Merry and we cause a lot of trouble
