Computer Classroom

• Students are expected to be responsible, organized, and trustworthy concerning all computer use. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.
• Students must have a signed Internet agreement on file to use the Internet in this class.
• Cheating will not be tolerated. Do not attempt to copy another student's file. All cheating results in an automatic zero for both parties involved.
• Tests will be announced several days in advance. Therefore, you are required to take a test even if you are absent the day before a test is given.
• This is a fast-paced, real-world class. The work is continual. Excessive absences, wasting time, talking, and goofing around will be detrimental to you or your grade.
• Plan on making up absence work before or after school.

DO:

• Do bring diskettes, paper, pen, and folder to class everyday.
• Do sit at your assigned station everyday.
• Do notify your instructor if there is ANY problem with your machine.
• Do clean up your area and push in your chair before you leave.
• Do stay seated until the bell rings. No lining up at the door.

DON'T:

• Do not bring ANY food or drink into the classroom.
• Do not bring your backpack into the classroom.
• Do not abuse or misuse any of the computer equipment.
• Do not change any settings on your computer.
• Do not reboot or turn off any computer without permission.
• Do not download anything from the Internet without permission.
• Do not bring music CD's or games.
