In this course, students will use the computer as a tool for learning, collaborating, and communication. Using one of today's most popular software suites, students will learn computer skills that can be applied to school work and personal use. Word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation applications will be covered in this course. Students will use the Internet, scanner, and digital camera as tools to enhance and enrich course work.

Note: This is a one-semester course, in which students will receive one high school credit, upon passing. It is highly recommended that any student enrolled in this class must have completed a keyboarding course prior to participation in Computer Technology.
